LCC Strategy·Europe-based founder-led advisory·German · English · Spanish

Strategic counsel for
consequential decisions.

LCC Strategy is a founder-led advisory firm working with governments and companies on cross-border decisions — from foreign investment and market expansion to the high-stakes meetings that sit behind both.

Practices

Three practices.
One engagement team.

Every mandate is led at partner level and delivered by a compact engagement team. No analyst hand-offs, no adoption theatre. Research, profiling, and institutional documentation arrive in days, not weeks, without sacrificing rigour.

Practice I

Sovereign Strategy

For governments facing the defining question of this decade — how to compete for capital, talent, and position against a hundred other jurisdictions doing the same thing.

  • Foreign investment strategy and forward pipeline
  • International delegations and sovereign missions — Hannover, Farnborough, Medica, ILA Berlin, SEMICON Europa, Automechanika
  • Bilateral access — heads of state, boards, and sovereign counterparties
  • Apex decision-maker identification, profiling, and outreach
  • Mission Reports — institutional documentation, 80–120pp, government-grade
  • Post-mission activation and lead handover to the State's pipeline

Practice II

Cross-Border Growth

For companies whose next meaningful move requires a room they cannot walk into alone.

  • Market-entry strategy — Europe ↔ North America ↔ LATAM ↔ Asia
  • Country and city-level investment intelligence
  • Trade-fair pre-engagement — exhibitor audit, apex-DM outreach, bilateral calendar
  • On-site execution — partner-level meeting moderation, daily briefings
  • Post-fair conversion — every conversation captured, every commitment logged
  • In-market representation on behalf of the board
  • Greenfield site-selection — industrial parks, IMMEX awareness, incentive landscape

Practice III

Executive Counsel

For the decisions that are too consequential for a deck to resolve.

  • Counsel on cross-border transactions and sovereign interface
  • Partner-led negotiations and crisis decisions
  • Strategic positioning for board, cabinet, and family-office moments
  • Available inside any mandate, or as a standalone retainer

About

The firm and
the principal.

The firm

LCC Strategy is a founder-led strategic advisory firm. It was built for a single category of engagement: the decisions where a government, a company, or a family office needs senior operators in the room — not a junior proxy team — and where rigour, discretion, and velocity are non-negotiable.

We work where sovereign priorities and industrial capital converge — on investment promotion, market entry, cross-border deals, and the high-stakes meetings that sit behind them. Every mandate is led at partner level and delivered by a compact engagement team, from first call through signed agreement.

The principal

Luis Carlos Chacón Ramírez — Founder and Managing Director of LCC Strategy

Luis Carlos Chacón Ramírez

Founder & Managing Director

Luis Carlos founded LCC Strategy to give heads of state, cabinet officials, boards, and principals a single line of accountability for the decisions that demand it. No junior hand-offs. Every engagement is owned at his desk and delivered by the firm’s engagement team.

He leads sovereign and industrial mandates from Switzerland, with active engagements across Europe and North America. In the last twelve months the firm has coordinated delegations alongside Hannover Messe, Aircraft Interiors, Medica, and Latin American Day — each designed around signed decisions, not attendance.

How we engage

Four steps from inquiry to outcome.

The process is deliberately transparent. Every engagement runs on the same four-phase protocol, whether the client is a cabinet ministry, a corporate board, or a family office. No mystery, no surprises — only method.

01

Inquiry

Write to the Engagement Office with a short confidential brief: the situation, the stakeholders, and the outcome you require. Discretion is the default.

02

Scoping

A partner-led call within two business days. Mandate boundaries, timeline, and fit are established before any fee is quoted. If we are not the right firm, we say so.

03

Engagement letter

A signed document specifying scope, discretion protocols, deliverables, retainer, and escalation paths. Typical commitments run sixty to one hundred and eighty days.

04

Delivery

Work begins immediately. Weekly partner check-ins with the client executive sponsor. Outputs arrive at compressed tempo; institutional documentation when the moment demands it.

Velocity

Hours, not weeks —
on the work that used to take six.

Research, profiling, and institutional documentation that traditional firms assign to analyst teams are compressed here to the time a meeting lasts. Rigour is not sacrificed — it is cross-checked at partner level.

Insights

Field notes from the
engagement team.

Short, signed pieces from our work at the intersection of sovereign priorities and industrial capital. Written when the pattern is worth a paragraph — not on a content calendar.

Sectors

Where our relationships run deepest.

These are the verticals in which we have persistent executive access, live delegation pipelines, and sovereign mandates in motion. We take engagements beyond them when the problem warrants partner-level attention.

01

Aerospace

Textron, Safran, Honeywell, Paradigm Precision — cluster depth, commercial and defence.

02

Artificial Intelligence

Foundation models, applications, infrastructure, and the sovereign AI agendas that increasingly govern them.

03

Automotive

BRP, Bosch, Continental, Regal Rexnord — the tiers that decide where plants go next under USMCA.

04

Semiconductors

Supply chain repositioning, near-sourcing mandates, and the regional strategy race of the next decade.

05

Medical Devices

Capital-intensive MedTech and healthcare industrials — continuing our Medica 2025 Düsseldorf relationships.

06

Advanced Manufacturing

Automation, robotics, industrial digitalisation — the operational substrate of every territory strategy.

07

Clean Energy & Hydrogen

Hydrogen corridors, electromobility, grid-scale strategic assets — where governments and capital co-invest.

08

Cross-sector mandates

Any industry where sovereign priorities meet deployable capital. The methodology is the same; the vertical is negotiable.

Contact

One inquiry. One engagement team.

We accept confidential inquiries from government offices, corporate leadership, family offices, and advisers acting on their behalf. Every message is reviewed by our engagement team — replies within forty-eight business hours during European hours.

All inquiries are held in confidence. By submitting, you consent to the firm contacting you about this request.

Current capacity

New mandate inquiries are reviewed on a rolling basis. Engagement availability for 2026 is limited — priority is given to mandates requiring sustained partner engagement of sixty days or more. Shorter advisory retainers considered on a case-by-case basis.
